Share

The media library can also be used to share files directly with team members or colleagues who do not have access. These files do not need to be uploaded into the library beforehand to share. To do this:

  1. Click Share your Files in the right column on the homepage.

  2. Select the files you would like to share. You can choose to add more if the files your files are in different locations.

  3. Select to share via email or link. Sharing via email will prompt you to enter the recipient’s email address along with a message. Sharing via link will generate a download link after upload that you will need to share with the recipient.

  4. Set an expiration. It is recommended to set an expiration date of one month or less. After this date the file will no longer be available to the recipient.

  5. Click Send.
